One to One
First PT training session with Ryan… won’t be my last. Really enjoyed it (despite the odd swear word popping into my head). Feel motivated and looking forward to more. Great start to the day and my sense of well being has shot through the roof!

After looking for something different from running I joined a class a few months back and now attend 3 different ones. My fitness has improved immensely! Ryan motivates you to do more and i hate to now miss a class! I love how there is always something different each session!
