Hello and welcome to the website of RPT FITNESS SOLUTIONS. My name is Ryan Thompson and I offer personal and group training where weight loss, improved physical & mental health is our speciality. 

Based in Sheerness, sessions are delivered in a comfortable private setting, a small gym where you can exercise, talk & plan your journey in privacy. 

I am level 3 qualified since 2011, fully insured & have up to date first aid certification so you are in safe hands. 

Coming from a 14 year social work career I am confident & competent in my communication with people. I affectively use transferable skills to work with a diverse range of people. Combined with an extensive knowledge of fitness & exercise I feel you’re quickly pick up on my passionate & drive to help others on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Personal & group training

One to one personal training is tailored, focussed and not just physical. Whatever your goals we can help you through all aspects of your journey. Train alone in our private gym or outdoors, which can also be undertaken with a friend or two.

Strength & conditioning

Using technical lifting, plyometric training, barbell & dumbbell work to achieve strength, mass & power to help achieve a lean durable body which can also support stronger bones in later life.

Tailored weight loss plans

Whether it is weight loss or wanting to bulk up, we can tailor your plans to aid your desired goals which will also compliment your training regime.


This is not for just fighters. It is a great way to have fun whilst getting fit for anyone. Pad work, bag work & all boxing related activities can be taught in our gym whether you are a complete beginner or not. Train like a pro regardless, it is tough but so rewarding.


A number of classes available each week that will push you out of your comfort zone. Train in a safe environment where likeminded supportive people help one another on their journey.


High Intensity Interval Training

A proven way to burn calories, get fit, lose weight & improve stamina by using periods of exercise at maximum effort followed by rest or low intensity activity.
