This notice explains the small amount of information used by the RPT Fit-Pro website, including the contact form and the Cloudflare Turnstile security check.

Who we are

This website is operated by Ryan Thompson, trading as RPT Fit-Pro (also known as RPT Fitness Solutions), based in Sheerness, Kent.

You can contact us using the contact form on this website, or via our Facebook page.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect the details you provide so we can respond to your enquiry. This may include your name, email address, phone number and message.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect and block automated spam submissions. Turnstile may process technical signals required to confirm that the form is being used by a real visitor, rather than a bot.

Cookies and local storage

RPT Fit-Pro does not currently set any first-party cookies or use browser local storage to remember settings or preferences. This site is dark-mode only, so there is no theme preference to store.

Cloudflare Turnstile may use storage or access technologies that Cloudflare describes as strictly necessary for bot detection and security. You can read more about this in Cloudflare's own documentation.

Analytics and marketing

We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing cookies or third-party analytics cookies on this website.

Maps

To avoid loading third-party cookies from an embedded map, our Contact page uses a static image of our location. Clicking it opens Google Maps directly in a new tab, where Google's own privacy and cookie policy will apply.

How long we keep enquiries

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting work or training relationship.

• If you want us to review or delete an enquiry you've sent, get in touch using the contact form or our Facebook page.

Changes to this notice

If RPT Fit-Pro starts using cookies, analytics or additional third-party tools in the future, this notice will be updated to reflect that.
